DINNER TIME
We went to ask the dinner ladies what they thought and what they liked about being a dinner lady at Friarswood. First of all we asked Miss Gidman:
Q. Do you like being a dinner lady at Friarswood and why?
A. I get great satisfaction from my job, I like to see children getting a well balanced diet.
Q. What are the bad points?
A. I don't like sweeping up the floor, children should not drop food on the floor, it becomes a hazard. Children could slip and hurt themselves.
Mrs. Hancock:
Staffordshire County Council catering service tell us what to cook, every day.
Mrs. White:
I like my job as a dinner lady, as I like looking after the children. But I don't like
naughty and rude children.
