My School

The best thing I like about school is maths. I did not like it before but now I do. I did not like maths before because of when I had trouble, but now I do like it.  I also like choir because you go 'la tum la tum'. But I would rather like it if we could go on a holiday to France or to a tropical place.

I like my school because it is fun. I play games in the classroom. My favourite teacher is Mrs. Davies because she is nice and I like Mr. Selby. You meet Lots of other children at school and you can learn to read and sing songs. I have made lots of friends.

I like my school because it is beautiful.
The pictures on the wall are colourful.
Mrs. Davies is funny, she makes me smile.
I like to go round the pond.

Ellouise Master - year 1

My School

I like school because it teaches us subjects about the future and the past. It has got a lot of grounds that the teachers let us play in if it is a bright sunny day. There are lots of clubs after school like the funclub that the children can go to when their parents are at work. There is also the literacy club where we wrote a magazine. You can meet people at school and have a little talk.
If you didn't go to school and you stayed at home all the time you wouldn't be able to play sports or see anyone only your family. At dinner time you are able to talk to your friends while you are eating. I think nothing will make Friarswood school better !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
