Christmas
Fayre Friday 10th December 6.00 - 8.00 pm
A good evening for everyone. Come along and
see what surprises we have in store.
Parking
Could parents refrain from parking on
the road at the top of the drive. This poses a possible danger to
the children as the school bus pulls in . your co-operation is much appreciated.
Dinners/Milk
Mrs. Goodwin has asked that to change
from dinners to sandwiches and vice versa, one weeks notice be given
please. Also if you child to start or cease to have milk then could
you give one weeks notice as it has to be ordered in advance. Please
note that dinner and milk money should be in separate envelopes
Wallpaper
The infant teaching staff have
requested odd rolls of wallpaper. These are useful for various art
projects.
Helpers
needed
The PTA desperately need to continue to
deliver the various events. You don't have to join the committee to
help out. We always need people on the various stalls at the school
fayres. If you can't actually serve on a stall the setting up is
just as important. We also require people with various skills such
as handicrafts, painting etc. If you are interested contact SDimond@friarswood.org.uk
Swimming
Has your son grown out of his trunks and you don't know what to do with
them, please bring them to Mrs. Lovatt.
Used School uniform
We have got a lot
of nice summer school dresses and boys short trousers for
anyone that is interested, prices are very reasonable.
Have you got any used clean uniform in good condition,
suitable for junior children, if so then please could you
bring it into school and add it to our cupboard?
