Next week the year 6 pupils will be sitting down, doing their S.A.T’s. They have to be tested on their English, Maths and Science skills.

In English they have to write a story, which is called the long writing test and lasts for 45 minutes. The short writing test takes 20 minutes and could be fiction or non-fiction. They also have to do a reading test and a spelling test.

In maths they have to do two tests, one with a calculator and one without.

In Science they have to do two tests as well.

Lizzy Tan thinks that SAT’s are stupid and that they don’t mean anything!

Tim Youd thinks that they are very bad!
