Hundreds of kids across the globe put down there pens today and protested against the war. Over 500 pupils left class (without there teachers permission) and marched to 10 Downing Street in London where they held a sit down protest blocking the gates. Several tried to climb the gates but were soon stopped by the police. In Birmingham alone 350 teens pupils joined the march on Wednesday. The head teacher of Queensbridsge said that any pupils who bunked off are ‘truants.’ The march was all part of a huge Student day organised by Stop the War Coalition. By Katie Day age 10
