Last
Up, down, jogging on the spot,
Twist, turn, on the dot,
On the first week it was fun,
By the third and fourth I was shouting,
"I want my Mum"

The Last Dive
Rush of adrenalin,
The the spring,
I twist and turn,
Then circle in a ring.

The splosh in the water,
The splish and splash,
I feel the water then I laugh,
Against the bottom I wont crash!

I see the screen, is it true?
"Yes, I've won the gold!"
I stand up on the platform,
Proudly - the medal I will hold.
